Free shipping in Ireland does not apply to sale items, using a discount code.
For purchases under EUR 100.00, shipping on shipping will be EUR 100.00 incl. VAT.
Please note: If the buyer has bought goods for more than EUR 100.00, but regrets some of the goods and wants to return them and the amount thus falls below EUR 100.00, the freight is deducted from the amount refunded to the buyer, as magnatum's terms and conditions as mentioned in it the above ceases.
8. Ordering to others
You may not order items for resale, and all purchases you make must be for personal consumption.
9. Right of complaint
Our products are carefully selected and sorted so that you can get the best imaginable products.
Should you unexpectedly receive an item that does not live up to standard, please contact our customer service via e-mail or telephone as soon as possible and within 3 days of receipt. You can choose whether you want the money back for the item in question, or whether the item is replaced. Magnatum is entitled to demand that the item be returned.
Of course, the above also applies if you experience that your order is otherwise deficient.
When you buy, the Purchase Act applies, and you thus have a 2-year right of complaint for goods that are not for the household's current consumption. The right of complaint, at our choice, includes the possibility of having the item repaired, exchanged, get a reduction in the price or get your money back, in the case of a justified complaint. This is not a justified complaint if the defect in the product has arisen as a result of wear and tear, aging, incorrect use or other behavior that has caused damage to the product. You must report defective items as soon as possible and no later than 2 months after you have discovered a defect or a defect in the item.
10. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the day the goods have been picked up from us.
You can only exercise your right of withdrawal if the goods are essentially unchanged. This does not apply if the goods have been damaged or altered due to an action that has been necessary to examine the goods or due to a circumstance that cannot be attributed to you.
Please note that there is no right of withdrawal on e.g. food, beverages and other similar items for the household.
If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly and unambiguously before the expiry of the withdrawal period by e-mail, and the goods must be returned to:
Amager Strandvej 156B
2300 København S
As a customer, you take care of the costs associated with return. We do not accept packages sent by post.
Consequences of regret
If the right of withdrawal under this agreement is exercised, we will refund the payment for the item covered by the right of withdrawal without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of receipt of your notice to exercise the right of withdrawal for that order. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment that was used when placing the order, unless you have expressly accepted or requested otherwise. You will not be charged a fee in connection with the refund.
We are entitled to withhold the refund until we have received the goods returned, or we have received documentation that the goods have been returned to us.
You can return the goods to us by post or freight, you must pay for the transport costs yourself, and you are responsible for the item during shipment.
The items must be returned to us in our warehouse (see address below under item 12) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you have given notice of exercising your right of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the withdrawal period, but at the latest before the quality or shelf life of the goods has changed.
We recommend that you keep documentation for the return of the goods.
As a starting point, you are liable for a possible deterioration in the value of the goods if the deterioration is caused by handling the goods that was unnecessary to determine the goods' quality, function, nature and properties. You may normally inspect the item in the same way as you can and may in a store, but you may not use it. If you have used it in a way that you are not allowed or can in a business and we can not sell it again, or can not sell it at full price again, you can expect us to deduct the impairment in the amount you must have left. If the item no longer has a trade value, we will not refund the purchase amount.
11. Applicable law
For all disputes and legal disputes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or subsequent individual agreements, Irish law applies. Neither the International Sales Law (CISG) nor other pan-European laws should apply. In the case of consumer agreements, the conditions of the law apply regardless of where the consumer resides. The right venue must at all times be Dublin.
Should trades be made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, our business seat shall apply to the venue for legal disputes, including our usual terms and conditions of trade, retail contracts, and payment and bill provisions. However, we can choose to bring cases at the customer's venue.
12. Information on redress options
If you want to complain about a product purchased from us, it can be submitted to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC), Bloom House, Railway Street, Dublin 1, D01 C576. You can complain to the CCPC via www.ccpc.ie.
The European Commission's online complaints portal can also be used to lodge a complaint. It is particularly relevant for consumers residing in another EU country. Complaint is submitted here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr When submitting a complaint, you must provide our e-mail address, which is: firstname.lastname@example.org
However, we hope you will take any challenges directly with us. It's faster for you and we are ready by the phones and the keys, and would very much like to help :).
